Pop Up Laugh Yoga


Laughing is a great way to boost your energy and make great connections. We laugh for no reason, but surprisingly it comes out easy with a few exercises. It is real exercise! Did you know that 10 minutes of laughing burns as many calories as a half hour on the treadmill? It lowers your blood pressure and brings more oxygen to your lungs. It releases stress and lowers your cortisol levels while getting nice hits of dopamine to your brain. And maybe, you might sweat a tiny bit because your abs are getting stronger!

Maximapark is a good place to meet and relax. The paths are spacious and the bridges are nice too. There is a great cafe where we can meet for coffee at the end of our walk.

How does it work?
We start laughing with nice simple exercise. We take a break between our walk and start laughing again. First we will do a warm up, then about 5-6 exercises, and a meditation, also with laughter. Then we come with the silent meditation. We will have inner peace and have laughed everything out! We feel free in our body.
